New Year’s Detox Green Smoothie Bowl

Why it works: A refreshing, nutrient-packed start to the year. It’s loaded with greens, fruit, and superfoods to kick off healthy habits.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach or kale (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple or mango
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • Toppings: Fresh berries, sliced kiwi, granola, shredded coconut, and chia seeds

Instructions:
